Food Ministry
Elsie's Pantry is the food ministry of Peace Lutheran Church, a Reconciling In Christ congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. The mission of the pantry is to provide food to the families and households that come to Peace seeking food. Anyone in need of food is welcome.
Important Announcement
Elsie’s Pantry will no longer distribute food twice a month beginning November 1, 2023, instead shifting to a once-a-month distribution on the first Saturday of each month from 9:00am-12:00pm. Curbside distribution will remain first come, first served. Visit charlescountyfoodconnection.org to find additional food access sites within Charles County.

Distribution Days
Packages of food and meat are distributed on the first Saturday of the month from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Anyone in need of food in Charles County is welcome and we provide curbside pickup. An onsite volunteer will direct you to a parking space as you enter the church parking lot.
