Sunday School

The Sunday School program at Peace Lutheran Church is designed for children K-12th Grade. Each class is aimed at helping children and teens experience and explore their faith while learning about God’s unconditional love through lessons and activities that are age appropriate.

Children and teens are invited to join Sunday School any time during the year. Classes are held most Sundays, excluding summer, from 9:15 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.

Registration forms for Sunday School are available here and can be returned to the church office or e-mailed to

K through 5th Grade

9:15 a.m.

This year Sunday school looks a little different since we have returned to the building and are navigating learning in a pandemic.

Our K-5th grade classes are meeting in classrooms 4 and 5 as a combined group. Our elementary-age students praise together, listen to a bible story, and participate in a short lesson, then are sent into service with worksheets to complete on their own or with family.

6th through 12th Grade

9:15 a.m.

Meets in the Youth Room

Right now, all youth in 6th-12th grades are meeting together in the youth room on Sundays at 9:15 a.m.

Confirmation at Peace is for teens in 6th through 7th grade. During the two-year cycle, teens are introduced to Martin Luther’s Small Catechism and a more in-depth exploration of the Old and New Testament. Teens will work with the Pastor to develop their faith statements in preparation for their confirmation in the 8th-grade year.

Note: Due to the COVID19 pandemic, Peace Lutheran Church has suspended in-person Confirmation classes.  See our weekly e-newsletter for additional information or email the church office at

Online Sunday School

In response to the COVID19 pandemic, Peace Lutheran Church offered online Sunday school by providing weekly YouTube videos with lessons, activities, song, and prayers. Videos run between 15 to 20 minutes and can be watched at the convenience of the family. In addition, activity sheets, coloring pages, and family resources are available and can be accessed using the link in the video description box, or the link below.
